Education Support to Adolescence Girls

Sonal is 20 years old girl who had almost stopped her education after 10th. The poor economic condition of the family forced Sonal to drop further education. Sonal having her a small family which includes her parents and a brother. Getting the sense that all members in the family are contributing to meet the family needs, she too desperately started looking some avenues to support her family. That’s when she attended orientation session on skill development course in her village, Sonal expressed her desire to take skill training. She immediately enrolled for a three months course at Apollo medskill center, Pune. Sonal has successfully completed her three month course with good performance. She has been working from November 2018 at Portia hospital, Pune and contributing to her family.
More than 10 girls like Sonal showed interest and have become independent through Ideal ​​ Village Development Project which is supported and implemented by Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited, Roha and Karve Institute Social Service,Pune.
