To impart knowledge and strengthen capacities and skills of Mental Health and Disability Professionals and other stakeholders in the field of Mental Health and Disability through Teaching, Training and Capacity Building. To initiate the Mental Health and Disability assessments through Surveys, Analysis, Participatory Rural Appraisals, need based assessments and develop the intervention and Management Plans for persons with disability and their accessibility for facilitating inclusion in the community.

To identify and intervene the issues, challenges and problems of Person with Disability through various research based activities and facilitate with government to develop policies for the Person with Disabilities. To collaborate with NGO’s/Govt agencies / Institutes and initiate various Govt Schemes, Policies, Programmes and Research activities to tackle the treatment / Intervention and Rehabilitation related issues of the Person with Disability and field of Mental Health.

To make community people aware about various Mental illnesses, Drug & Addictions and Disability related aspects through Workshops, Seminars, Conferences and all other possible ways of awareness and Education. To execute the field action projects to set examples in the field of Mental health and Disabilities and provide research and consultancy services to the NGO’s, Corporates and Government Institutions
