Impact Assessments
The CSR Cell of the Karve Institute of Social Service, Pune, conducts thorough Impact Assessments to evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of corporate social responsibility initiatives implemented in targeted communities. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach that combines quantitative metrics with qualitative feedback, we measure the extent to which projects have achieved their intended goals and contributed to community development. Our assessments include both internal impact assessments, which focus on evaluating project implementation, stakeholder engagement, and organizational capacity, and external impact assessments, which analyze the broader social, economic, and environmental impacts on the communities served. We engage directly with beneficiaries and stakeholders through surveys, interviews, and community discussions, fostering transparency and accountability. By analyzing the data collected, we provide corporates with actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing future projects, thereby reinforcing their commitment to social responsibility. This robust assessment process not only demonstrates the value of CSR investments but also strengthens community ties and supports the continuous improvement of our programs. To date, we have successfully completed approximately 24 impact assessment studies for various corporates, underscoring our commitment to delivering meaningful results.
