I] Worked in a NGO named AERF (Applied Environmental Research Foundation) as a Project Officer from July 2007 to November 2008.
II] Worked in Department of Social Work, Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth as an Assistant Professor from 1st January 2009 to 25th June 2019.

I] Ph. D thesis- A study on Case Work Practices in Special Cells for Women and Children in Maharashtra under the guidance of Prof. Dr. B. T. Lawani, Director, Yashwantrao Chavan Institute of Social Sciences Studies and Research, Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune.
