The CSR Cell of Karve Institute of Social Service, Pune, specializes in conducting comprehensive Baseline and Needs Assessments for corporates to identify and address social, economic, and environmental challenges within targeted communities. Using participatory research methods such as surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions, we have successfully completed 33 studies across Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Telangana, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh. These assessments provide critical insights that guide the design of tailored CSR initiatives in sectors like education, health, and livelihoods.
